The sky over motions.fun flies 20 blimps: the top 10 of the Bids board and the top 10 of the Clips board. These are the rules for both. They are part of our Terms; our Privacy Policy says what we keep. Motions is run by Rip Build, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation.

The Bids board

• Rank is set only by your verified total paid. Bids start at $1. A higher total ranks above a lower one. Equal totals keep the earlier position: whoever reached that total first stays ahead.
• There is no ceiling. Any place can be taken by paying more than whoever holds it. To take a place you need at least $1 more than its holder; to take #1, at least $1 more than the leader. As people outbid each other, every place keeps getting more expensive.
• Going higher adds up. Raising your bid adds to your total, so you only pay the difference to climb. If the leader has $100 and you take #1 with $101, the board holds $101 and $100, and both stay on it. One payment can be up to $10,000; bid again to go higher.
• The top 10 fly a blimp, sized by place, with your banner and link. The highest total wears a crown.
• Your name stays on the board. Being outbid moves you down; it never takes you off. There is no set time a blimp flies: it flies while you are in the top 10.
• The site shows where a bid would land, but nothing is held for you. Someone else can pay first while you are checking out; your bid still counts, wherever it lands.

Paying

• You pay on Stripe’s checkout. A bid is placed only after Stripe confirms the payment. A pending, failed, expired or reversed checkout places nothing.
• You need an account (13 or older) and must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to pay.
• Payments are final and non-refundable once Stripe confirms them, because the place is delivered immediately. There are no refunds for being outbid, for dropping out of the top 10, for getting fewer views or clicks than you hoped, for the sky changing, or for a banner removed under these rules. This does not limit a refund the law where you live requires.
• Chargebacks. If something went wrong with a payment, email us first. A disputed payment is left out of your total while the dispute is open. Unsupported chargebacks may lead to your banner being removed and your account being blocked.

The Clips board

• Play any Motions game, post the clip to TikTok, Instagram or X, and tag us: @motions.fun on TikTok and Instagram, @motionsplay on X.
• Paste the post’s link. It counts once we check that it is public, shows you playing a Motions game, is your own post and tags us. Each post counts once.
• Rank is your number of counted clips, for all time. Equal counts keep the earlier position. The top 10 fly a blimp.
• We never store your video: the game makes the clip on your device, and you post it.

What’s not allowed

On a banner, handle or link, or in a clip you send us: sexual content or nudity; violence, threats or weapons; illegal drugs; hate or harassment; scams, phishing or malware; impersonating a person, brand or Motions; someone else’s content without permission; anything unlawful. Paying never overrides these rules. If we find any of this, before or after it is published, we may hide, edit or remove the banner, link or clip immediately, without a refund.

What’s public

Your handle, banner text, banner color, link, clip count, bid total, place on each board, and your blimp. A place is a changing display order on this website, not a promise of views, clicks, traffic, sales or endorsement. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
